- This Friday (May 4th) is the first of what we hope will be many opportunities to let your kids rock the box while you rock a well deserved night out or in. We will supply the fun, food, games and adult supervision (Yes, LeRoy counts too) and you go do whatever it is you want to do on a Friday night.

What: Pizza, games, prizes and a movie on the wall
Why: You invest in yourself and us every time you come in for the WoD. We want to invest in you and in helping to pass on your love for the sport of fitness to the next generation… And everyone needs a night out away from kids too.
